International Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Calculation of Shipping Fees The product prices displayed on our website do not include international shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed, based on the total weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination country.

2. Customer Notification and Confirmation Once the shipping fee is calculated, the customer will be notified of the total amount via email, phone, or WhatsApp. The customer must confirm the final amount, which includes the product price and the shipping fee. If the customer does not agree to the shipping cost, they have the right to cancel the order.

3. Payment and Order Processing The order will be processed and prepared for shipment only after the total amount (product price + shipping fee) is paid in full by the customer. No items will be shipped until the complete payment has been received.

4. Carrier Selection To ensure safe, fast, and cost-effective delivery to the destination country, the Seller reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping carrier from available international logistics providers.

5. Currency and Exchange Rates If the prices on the website are displayed in a currency different from the payment currency, the final amount will be calculated based on the official central bank exchange rate on the day of payment.

6. Delivery Time Once the full payment is credited to the Seller's account, the products will be handed over to the courier service within 3 to 5 business days. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance procedures.

7. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees In accordance with international trade regulations, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or administrative charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer cannot refuse to accept the delivery based on these official charges.
